2pm – 5pm (please note that our partner organizations get the festival for two hours to themselves before it opens to the public at 4pm!

Downtown Royal Oak at 6^th & Center Streets

Parking:

Parking is free in downtown Royal Oak parking structures Thursday for the first two hours and only 75 cents an hour after. There is a structure at 5^th & Lafayette and another at 4^th and Lafayette both just a few blocks from the festival. Please note that parking is not free in city lots and street parking meters, just the structures.

Details:

Community Day provides tickets that are good for free carnival bands during Community Day for unlimited rides from 2pm to 5pm as well as a free beverage and food item.
